Exempting Circumstance shall have the meaning set forth in section 15 below;
Examples of Exempting Circumstance in a sentence
The exemption shall be valid for as long as the Exempting Circumstance prevents performance, up to a maximum of three (3) months.
If, due to an Exempting Circumstance, this Agreement cannot be fulfilled considerably for more than three (3) months, the other Party is entitled to immediately and without compensation terminate the Agreement by giving written notice.
