Exempt intracity zone definition

Exempt intracity zone means the geographic area of a municipality or the commercial zone of that municipality described by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) in 49 CFR 372, subpart B. The descriptions are printed in appendixAppendix F to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. A driver may be considered to operate a commercial motor vehicle wholly within an exempt intracity zone notwithstanding any common control, management, or arrangement for a continuous carriage or shipment to or from a point without such zone.   • Capacity Export Transmission Customer means a customer taking point to point transmission service under Tariff, Part II to export capacity from a generation resource located in the PJM Region that has qualified for an exception to the RPM must-offer requirement as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 6.6(g).
