Exemplary school definition

Exemplary school. ’ means a school determined by the state board
Exemplary school. ’ means a school determined by the state board of education to have met the building standard of excellence on the basis of criteria developed under the quality performance accreditation system in consideration of attainment or significant and continuous progress toward attainment by pupils in attendance at the school of levels of performance categorized as advanced or proficient or in which the high school graduation rate has been substantially increased.

  • Elementary school means a nonprofit institutional day or residential school, including a public elementary charter school that provides elementary education, as determined under State law. State law defines elementary grades as including K4-8th grade.
