Executive Transaction Bonuses definition
Executive Transaction Bonuses means the portion of the Gross Consideration Bonus Pool allocated to each of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ on Schedule 1.6(d) and payable as a cash bonus to each such individual, provided that such individual enters into a Transaction Bonus Letter Agreement with the Company on or prior to the Closing Date.
