Executive Search definition

Executive Search means the identification of persons for a Short List through the use of our inhouse information/database and includes industry contacts and the preparation of a Short List after interviewing and assessing such persons and the carrying out of reference checks.
Executive Search has the meaning set forth in Exhibit C hereto.
