Responsibility for the operation of the delivery of this Section 75 Partnership Framework Agreement has been delegated to the SEND Executive Group, chaired by the Director of Children’s Services and Executive Place Director, including senior representatives from both the council and ICB.
Furthermore, this Lease shall not be effective without the consent of Executive Place Associates and an executed copy of said "Owner's Consent" is attached to this Lease and made a part hereof as "Exhibit E".
