Each Executive shall use his best efforts to cause each Executive Person to take any and all actions necessary to terminate, cancel, nullify and void, effective immediately, any Company Agreement to which he, she or it is a party without receipt of any payment or consideration.
No Executive Person has any right, title or interest in and to any Confidential Information.
