Executive Period definition

Executive Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
Executive Period has the meaning set forth in Section 8.7(d).
Executive Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the earlier of (i) the Transition Date or (ii) the day that Executive’s employment with the Company terminates for any reason.

Examples of Executive Period in a sentence

  • To the extent that the Release Executive Period begins in one taxable year and ends in another taxable year, the Severance Payments shall not be made until the second taxable year.

  • The Company's obligation pursuant to this Section 3(c) to provide health insurance or the alternative to the Executive and his dependents shall survive termination of the employment of the Executive pursuant to Section 6(b) hereof for the remainder of the Executive Period.

  • The Executive shall be permitted during the Executive Period, if and to the extent eligible, to participate in any group life, hospitalization or disability insurance plan, health program, or any pension plan or similar benefit plan of the Company, which is available generally to other senior executives of the Company.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, the CEO Period and the Executive Period shall be referred to as the “Employment Term”.

  • During the Executive Period (as defined in Section 2), the Employee will serve the Company as its Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer.

  • At the end of the Executive Period, the Executive may purchase from the Company the automobile used by her at that time pursuant to this Section 3.7, at a purchase price equal to the net book value of the automobile at that time, which purchase, if any, shall occur during the calendar year following the calendar year in which the Executive Period ends.

  • The role of the Executive Chairman of Gemalto for the duration of the Executive Period shall be as set forth in Exhibit 1.3.

  • During the Executive Period, the Executive shall be entitled to the use of an automobile comparable to that provided to other senior executives in connection with the rendering of services to the Company pursuant to this Agreement, together with reimbursement for all gas, maintenance, insurance and repairs required by reason of her use of such vehicle.

  • As consideration for services rendered, the Company shall pay the Executive a salary of $350,200 per annum for the period from the Effective Date to March 31, 2015, and $375,000 per annum for the period from April 1, 2015 through the end of the Executive Period (the “Base Salary”), payable not less frequently than monthly.

  • During the Executive Period and for so long as he remains an employee, M▇.
