Executive Panel definition

Executive Panel means the panel consisting of the Chief Executive Officer or equivalent of the Licensee and a person holding a position at the same level within the Licensor’s organization, or their respective nominees.
Executive Panel has the meaning given in Section 4.3(d).
Executive Panel means the Executive Panel formed pursuant to Article 23 hereof having the powers and duties as provided therein.

Examples of Executive Panel in a sentence

  • If no resolution of the dispute can be reached in accordance with clause 19.1, within seven (7) days of the dispute being notified to the other party, each party shall refer the dispute to the General Manager - Operations of CBH and the CEO of the Customer (or such person designated by the Customer as having authority equivalent to that of a CEO) (the "Executive Panel").

  • Executive Panel If no resolution of the dispute can be reached in accordance with clause 31.1, within seven (7) days of the dispute being notified to the other party, each party shall refer the dispute to the Chief Operations Officer of CBH and the CEO of the Customer (or such person designated by the Customer as having authority equivalent to that of a CEO) (the "Executive Panel").

  • Any decision of the Panel or the Executive Panel is binding on the Parties.

  • The Panel and the Executive Panel will determine their own procedures for meetings.

  • If the Dispute is not resolved by the Executive Panel within 10 Business Days of such referral, either Party may commence legal proceedings.

  • Escalation of Dispute – Executive Panel If no resolution of the dispute can be reached in accordance with clause 19.1, within seven (7) days of the dispute being notified to the other party, each party shall refer the dispute to the General Manager - Operations of CBH and the CEO of the Customer (or such person designated by the Customer as having authority equivalent to that of a CEO) (the "Executive Panel").

  • The Executive Panel: will meet at least once at a time mutually convenient no later than 2 Business Days after the dispute has been referred to it; and may decide on the methods and procedure by which it will resolve the dispute, which may include the obtaining of expert advice.
