It is understood that the Executive may receive some portion of his Bonus Plan award in the form of restricted stock, and such awards are to be made on the same terms as apply to the Chairman and to other members of the Executive Management Group.
The City Council shall continue to provide a bonus program for the Executive Management Group that will offer incentives and commensurate rewards for exceptional service or contributions.
