Executive Management Group definition

Executive Management Group or “EMG” means the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel, the Vice President, Operations, the Vice-President, Business Development and such changes to members of the EMG as may be made from time to time;
Executive Management Group means a group of Employees consisting of those individuals designated on their initial participation in the Plan or thereafter as members of the Executive Management Group.

  • It is understood that the Executive may receive some portion of his Bonus Plan award in the form of restricted stock, and such awards are to be made on the same terms as apply to the Chairman and to other members of the Executive Management Group.

  • The City Council shall continue to provide a bonus program for the Executive Management Group that will offer incentives and commensurate rewards for exceptional service or contributions.

Executive Management Group means, effective October 22, 2002, the Employer’s Executive Management Group, comprised of any senior officer with any one of the following titles: President/Chief Executive Officer, Senior Vice President or Vice President, Human Resources.
