Executive Liaison definition

Executive Liaison means a senior executive designated by ABS, and a senior executive designated collectively by BCH and Westech, each to serve as the first point of escalation for any Dispute; and the term “Executive Steering Committee” means a committee made up of two executives from ABS and two executives, collectively, from BCH and/or Westech (as BCH may choose) to serve as the second point of escalation for any Dispute.

Examples of Executive Liaison in a sentence

  • The Union shall be entitled to appoint to a maximum of three (3) Union members, including the CUPE National Representative and the Executive Liaison for Local 101.
