Executive Level (EL) part time employees may be able to access EL time off in lieu.
EXECUTIVE LEVEL EMPLOYEES – OVERTIME AND RELATED PAYMENTS Unless approved by the Secretary in exceptional circumstances, Executive Level (EL) or equivalent employees are not eligible to receive overtime or other related payments, including emergency duty, restriction duty, and meal allowance.

In order to be eligible for HWLP the following qualifying periods must be met: • APS Level employees assigned all of the available duties— minimum five working days • APS Level employees assigned some of the available duties—ten or more working days • Executive Level (EL) employees assigned some or all of the available duties—ten or more working days.
Executive Level (EL) employees are not entitled to access flex time under clause F10 of this Agreement.
