Executive session means any meeting or part of a meeting of a governing body which is closed to certain persons for deliberation on certain matters.
Executive Engineer means the Executive Engineer, Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan for the time being in charge of the Central Store Division, Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan, Uttarakhand.
Executive Director means the executive director of the
Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.
Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.
CFO means an individual who acted as chief financial officer of the Company, or acted in a similar capacity, for any part of the most recently completed financial year;
Clinical Director means an individual who meets the minimum requirements set forth in Title 9, CCR, and has at least two (2) years of full-time professional experience working in a mental health setting.
Non-Executive Director Means any director who is not an Executive Director.
Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.
Chief Nursing Executive means the senior nurse employed by the Hospital who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for nursing services provided in the Hospital;
Executive Secretary means the executive secretary of the board.
Executive Mayor means the councillor elected as the executive mayor of the municipality in terms of section 55 of the Municipal Structures Act;
DRS shall have the meaning given to such term under the HIPAA Privacy Rule in 45 34 CFR § 164.501.
COO means Chief Operating Officer;
Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.
CEO means the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
AE means any untoward medical occurrence in a Human Subject administered Test Article. An AE does not necessarily have a causal relationship with the Test Article, that is, it can be any unfavorable and unintended sign (including an abnormal laboratory finding), symptom, or disease temporally associated with the use of the Test Article, whether or not it is related to it. See FDA Good Clinical Practice Guideline (International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) E6: “Good Clinical Practice: Consolidated Guidance, 62 Federal Register 25, 691 (1997)).
Commercial Operations Upon satisfaction of the following conditions, the Facility shall be considered to have achieved Commercial Operations on the Day specified in Seller's written notice described below: (i) the Acceptance Test has been passed, (ii) all generating units have passed Control System Acceptance Tests, (iii) the Transfer Date has occurred, (iv) Seller has (1) provided to Company the Required Models (as defined in Section 6(a) (Seller's Obligation to Provide Models) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller)) in the form of Source Code, (2) placed the current version of the Source Code for the Required Models with the Source Code Escrow Agent as required in Section 6(b)(i)(A) (Establishment of Source Code Escrow) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller), or (3) if Seller is unable to arrange for the placement of the appropriate Source Code into the Source Code Escrow account, placed the required funds with the Monetary Escrow Agent as required in Section 6(b)(ii)(A) (Establishment of Monetary Escrow) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller), and (v) Seller provides Company with written notice that (aa) Seller is ready to declare the Commercial Operations Date and (bb) the Commercial Operations Date will occur within 24 hours (i.e., the next Day).
Medical director means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A who shall be responsible for overall medical direction of the service program and who has completed a medical director workshop, sponsored by the department, within one year of assuming duties.
Odyssey means Odyssey Trust Company.
Executive manager means an individual employed by a new motor vehicle dealer in an executive capacity and who has a written employment agreement with the dealer that includes a right for the executive manager to purchase a controlling interest in the dealership at a future time or on the death or incapacity of the dealer.
Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
Executive means the individual named in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
Chief Executive Office State means California, where Borrower’s chief executive office is located.
Managing Directors means Mrs Maria Chr. van der Sluijs-Plantz, Mrs Thérèse F.C. Wijnen and Mr Hubertus P.C. Mourits or such other person(s) who may be appointed as Managing Director(s) of the Issuer from time to time.
