Executive Car definition

Executive Car means a Vehicle which is at least a full size, luxury sedan featuring amenities which include, but are not limited to, air conditioning, leather or a high quality fabric upholstery, a stereo system, and is not more than five (5) years old, which transports passengers for hire as a common carrier.

Examples of Executive Car in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s Executive Car Program in effect for the Executive immediately prior to the Severance Period only until the earlier of (x) the second anniversary of the Executive’s then current car lease, or (y) the end of the Severance Period.

  • The Executive shall return any Company vehicle provided to him under the Executive Car Program to the Company or its designee upon the expiration of his Executive Car Program benefits as described in the foregoing sentence.

  • After your participation in the Executive Car Program ceases effective as of your Last Day of Employment, you will have the option to purchase the car assigned to you for fair market value; provided that you pay all incremental costs incurred by the Company as a result of such assignment.

  • In the event that you do not purchase the car assigned to you under the Executive Car Program on or before the Last Day of Employment, you shall return such car as directed by the Company or its agents.

  • The Company will provide Executive with access to a vehicle as per the provisions of the Sensus Metering Systems Executive Car Policy.

  • EXECUTIVE CAR PROGRAM: A lump sum payment that, after applicable taxes and deductions, is equivalent to the value of twenty-four (24) months of future participation in the Executive Car Program.

  • EXECUTIVE CAR PROGRAM: A lump sum payment that, after applicable taxes and deductions, is equivalent to the value of thirty-six (36) months of future participation in the Executive Car Program.

  • The same arrangements will apply to members of the Company’s Executive Car Scheme as subsist in respect of Executives retiring at the normal retirement age and in accordance with the rules under RBSelect.
