Execution Schedule definition

Execution Schedule means the document setting out details of the Lessee and the Lessor and once signed by the Lessee, constitutes the Lessee’s acceptance of this Agreement, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Schedule 1;
Execution Schedule means the schedule for the Works to be executed, attached hereto as Annex 10, prepared and delivered by Contractor as part of the Technical Bid, incorporating each of the Critical Event Dates, in the understanding that (i) if such schedule is adjusted as established in the Contract or in the Regulations of the Law on Public Works and Services Related to These, the term of the Execution Schedule will refer to the execution schedule such as it was adjusted according to the terms of that provision, and the adjusted execution schedule will substitute the execution schedule attached hereto as Annex 10, and (ii) none of the provisions of the Execution Schedule may be construed as a change of the Critical Event Dates or that Commission is imposed an obligation.
Execution Schedule means that certain disclosure schedule (composed of various sections) which is being delivered by the Seller to the Buyer in connection herewith, but which is not an attachment to the Agreement. In all other respects, references in this Agreement to "Schedules" shall be deemed also to refer to the Execution Schedule. "FDA" shall mean the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. "First BD License" shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 16.1. "First BD Sublicense" shall mean that certain sublicense, from the Seller to the Buyer relating to CD34+ cell population and related antibody and method patents licensed from Becton, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Company to the Seller, in substantially the form annexed hereto as Exhibit K. "GAAP" shall mean generally accepted accounting principles set forth in the opinions and pronouncements of the Accounting Principles Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and statements and pronouncements of the Financial Accounting Standards Board, applied on a consistent basis. "Hardware and Disposables Manufacturing Agreement" shall mean that certain Hardware and Disposables Manufacturing Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit L. "Hardware and Disposables Supply Agreement" shall mean that certain Hardware and Disposables Supply Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit M. "▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇" shall mean the ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder. "HHS" shall mean the United States Department of Health and Human Services. 4

Examples of Execution Schedule in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall submit an Execution Schedule, giving details of services rendered, as required under the Contract, to the Client, within three days of the signing of the Contract.

  • If the aforementioned insurance policies are not delivered to PEP the day prior to the start date of the physical execution of the works at the very latest, PEP will be authorized to not allow the Contractor to execute the works hereunder, and this will not release the Contractor from its full responsibility as far as the Execution Schedule originally agreed to for the performance of the contract purpose.

Related to Execution Schedule

  • Completion Schedule or ‘Delivery Schedule’ means a schedule approved by the Owner for completion of all obligations of the Supplier under the Agreement.
