Exclusive Features definition

Exclusive Features has the meaning set forth in Section 2.8B.
Exclusive Features means the Licensed Product features identified in Exhibit A-1.
Exclusive Features means any of the following functions: (a) the multi- merchant aggregation features of the products and Deliverables described in Exhibit A including, without limitation, Hot Swapping and, (b) Multi-Level Marketing.

Examples of Exclusive Features in a sentence

  • Concur and AMEX shall develop from time to time during the term of this Agreement certain service features for integration into the Co-Branded XMS Service (the "Exclusive Features").

  • Listed on Exhibit C hereto are the Exclusive Features being developed by AMEX and Concur as of the date hereof.

  • The Co-Branded XMS Service is based on the XMS version 3.01 and includes the Exclusive Features developed from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

Related to Exclusive Features

  • Exclusive Field means the use of Licensed Human Therapeutic Products for in vivo treatment of triple negative breast cancer or multiple myeloma/secondary osteoporosis in humans.

  • Custom Calling Features means a set of Telecommunications Service features available to residential and single-line business customers including call-waiting, call-forwarding and three-party calling.

  • Brand Features means the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of each party, respectively, as secured by such party from time to time.

  • Exclusive Use Area means a part or parts of the common property for the exclusive use by the owner or owners of one or more sections;

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.
