Exclusive Application definition

Exclusive Application means the live digitization of Network signals for the purpose of characterizing and analyzing the performance of such Network. For purposes hereof, the definition of Exclusive Application shall be deemed to exclude the digitization of electronic signals for the purpose of testing individual electronic components.
