Exclusive Access definition

Exclusive Access means sole access within the Eastman Field to electrokinetic technology owned, possessed, or controlled by 3DN. Notwithstanding this Article 1.7, 3DN reserves the right to provide access to and enter into a license to 3DN Background IP, outside the Eastman Field, with a current or future 3DN investor not in direct competition with Eastman or any of its subsidiaries.

  • Outside of the Exclusive Access Area, remainder of the Property is a public park.

  • The City shall maintain all areas of the Property outside of the Exclusive Access Area.

  • Lessee shall permit no waste, damage or injury to the Exclusive Access Area; all waste and junk shall be removed promptly.

  • Lessee shall have non-exclusive access no greater and no less than any other member of the public to the Property outside the Exclusive Access Area.

  • In addition to the Exclusive Access Areas, Lessor hereby grants to Lessee the use of “Preferential Use Premises” which is identified as pavement assigned to the Lessee, and to which the Lessee shall have preferential use, defined herein as the unrestricted, higher and continuous priority over all other users, as reflected on Exhibit “A”, attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Lessee shall, at his own expense and at all times, keep the Exclusive Access Area neat, clean and in a sanitary condition, and keep and use the Exclusive Access Area in accordance with applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and requirement of governmental authorities.

Related to Exclusive Access

  • Exclusive use means the sole use by a single consignor of a conveyance for which all initial, intermediate, and final loading and unloading are carried out in accordance with the direction of the consignor or consignee. The consignor and the carrier must ensure that any loading or unloading is performed by personnel having radiological training and resources appropriate for safe handling of the consignment. The consignor must issue specific instructions, in writing, for maintenance of exclusive use shipment controls, and include them with the shipping paper information provided to the carrier by the consignor.

  • Exclusive Field means the use of Licensed Human Therapeutic Products for in vivo treatment of triple negative breast cancer or multiple myeloma/secondary osteoporosis in humans.

  • Access Information means information that alone or together with other information, can provide access to any portion of Your Account, including but not limited to, Your Account number, login names, passwords, credit card or other financial information, security questions and their respective answers, and any other similar information. For the avoidance of doubt, Your Access Information will include any similar information for each of Your Users.

  • Exclusive Assets means those Supplier Assets used by the Supplier or a Key Sub-Contractor which are used exclusively in the provision of the Goods and/or Services;
