Excluded Margin Stock definition

Excluded Margin Stock means any shares of capital stock of Holdings that constitute “margin stock” within the meaning of Regulation U of the Board and are held as treasury stock by Holdings.
Excluded Margin Stock means all 'margin stock' within the meaning of Regulations G, T, U or X of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System held by Borrower from time to time which margin stock was either:

Examples of Excluded Margin Stock in a sentence

  • The Borrower will not, nor will it permit any Subsidiary to, use any of the proceeds of the Advances to purchase or carry any “margin stock” (as defined in Regulation U) other than the repurchase of Excluded Margin Stock in compliance with Regulation U and other applicable Laws.

  • The provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to (A) any financial assets credited to a securities account for which the Collateral Agent is the securities intermediary or (B) Excluded Margin Stock.
