Exchange Term B-1 Dollar Commitment means, as to each Exchange Term B-1 Dollar Lender, its agreement to exchange the principal amount of its Term B Dollar Loans set forth on the signature page to such Term B-1 Dollar Lender’s Lender Addendum (as defined in the Fourth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement Amendment No. 1) for an equal principal amount of the Term B-1 Dollar Loans on the Fourth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement Amendment No. 1 Effective Date.
