Exchange Redemption definition

Exchange Redemption means any Shareholder-Initiated fund transfer of any portion of a Shareholder's assets out of a Fund; provided that, such term does not include the withdrawal or distribution of assets out of any omnibus account maintained by the Company, but does include the redemption side of a non-systematic reallocation or rebalancing transaction.
