Exchange Part definition

Exchange Part as used herein shall mean Buyer's parts and line replaceable units which are offered in exchange for ▇▇▇▇▇ & Whitney RMS parts defined below, in connection with Off-wing Maintenance.
Exchange Part means any Part used as a replacement for a Unserviceable Part removed from an Engine or Module by CONTRACTOR while providing Services.
Exchange Part means any Part or component provided from Supplier’s (or its subcontractor’s) inventory, whenever possible, to replace any un-Serviceable Part or component in order to expedite Repair/Overhaul of an Engine. An Exchange Part shall be of the same configuration/build standard as the replaced Part or component.

  • Any returned Goods received by Seller without the RGA Form or outside of the timeframes described herein will not qualify for a credit (the full invoice price will be due from Buyer), and if the Good was sold on an exchange basis then such unauthorized return may be treated as the Exchange Part and applied as the Exchange.

  • Call Security Credit Union at the telephone number or write to the address appearing on your Periodic Statement or at the end of this Agreement as soon as you can if you believe your Periodic Statement or receipt is wrong, or if you need more information about a transaction listed on the Periodic Statement or receipt in order to assert an error.

  • Unless otherwise approved in writing, an Exchange Part must be like-for-like, and the same revision level as the Good sold by Seller to Buyer.

Related to Exchange Part

  • Exchange Property has the meaning set forth in Section 11(a).

  • Exchange Transaction means an exchange of Units for Common Units pursuant to, and in accordance with, the Exchange Agreement or, if the Issuer and the exchanging Limited Partner shall mutually agree, a Transfer of Units to the Issuer, the Partnership or any of their subsidiaries for other consideration.

  • Exchange Price means as of any date, $1,000, divided by the Exchange Rate as of such date.

  • Exchange Area means an area, defined by the Commission, for which a distinct local rate schedule is in effect.
