Excessive Traffic definition
Excessive Traffic means undue vehicular or foot traffic, to and from a Facility, which unreasonably disturbs the quiet use and enjoyment of another’s property. In addition, the number of ‘average daily trips’ or ‘ADTs’ shall not exceed the limits as stated in the Land Use Code, Section 15.2(C.1) Table 2. Both of the requirements in this definition shall apply; whichever is more restrictive on a Permittee.
