Excessive Leave definition

Excessive Leave means an accrual of 6 weeks annual leave or more.

Examples of Excessive Leave in a sentence

  • Employees who use leave at a rate greater than it is earned, on an annual basis, will be considered to be Excessive Leave Users.

  • If the Seller determines that a leave tree has been cut or damaged, the Purchaser may be required to pay liquidated damages for Excessive Leave Tree Damage at the rate of $300 per tree or 50% of its stumpage value, whichever is greater.

  • An 'Excessive Leave Accrual' for employees classified as SCHADS employees under Schedule A is defined as eight (8) weeks for non-shift workers and ten (10) weeks for shift workers.

  • An 'Excessive Leave Accrual' for employees classified as Nurses under Schedule B is defined as ten (10) weeks.
