Examples of Excess Withdrawal Amount in a sentence

  • An Excess Withdrawal Amount, as applicable to any individual withdrawal within each Contract Year, is equal to the total amount withdrawn, minus the Guaranteed Annual Withdrawal Amount remaining prior to the withdrawal.

  • Excess Withdrawal Amount, as applicable to any individual withdrawal, is equal to the Total withdrawal amount less the Guaranteed Annual Withdrawal Amount remaining prior to the withdrawal.
