Excess sick leave definition

Excess sick leave is defined as the day or total number of days of paid leave of absence due to illness or injury granted by the District in excess of twelve (12) days per academic year after June 30, 1986.
Excess sick leave means the amount of sick leave upon retirement of an eligible state employee that is not used for retirement credit purposes;

Examples of Excess sick leave in a sentence

  • Excess sick leave shall be defined as the sick leave days accruing to the credit of such employee during the term of this agreement.

  • Excess sick leave shall be defined as the unused sick leave days that have accrued to the credit of the employee that are in excess of 180 days, and the conversion value of these days shall be contributed to the Plan.
