Excess Lease Financed Amount means the amount (if any) by which the Lease Financed Amount exceeds (a) $300,000,000 at any time when the Borrower’s Public Debt Rating is lower than BBB- by S&P and Baa3 by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ or (b) $600,000,000 at any time when the Borrower’s Public Debt rating is at least BBB- by S&P or Baa3 by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇.
