Excess Collateral Adjusted Amount definition
Excess Collateral Adjusted Amount means, with respect to any --------------------------------- date of determination, an amount not less than zero equal to the Excess Collateral Amount minus the excess, if any, of the Principal Funding Account ----- Balance over the sum of the Class A Invested Amount and the Class B Invested Amount on such date of determination.
