Excess Application Form definition
Excess Application Form means the excess application form in the agreed form to be issued to Qualifying Shareholders (other than the PRC Stock Connect Investors) in respect of applications for excess Rights Shares in connection with the Rights Issue;
Excess Application Form the form of application for excess Offer Shares in such form as may be agreed between the Company and the Sole Underwriter;
Excess Application Form or “EAF” the form of application for Excess Rights Share(s) (as defined below) in the agreed form for use by such Qualifying Shareholders who wish to apply for any Excess Rights Share;
