Exceptions List definition

Exceptions List means all errors, defects and issues relating to the System(s) and/or Products which result from the Supplier’s failure to adhere to the Specification which may be identified by RTÉ during the Warranty Period and without prejudice to RTÉ’s other rights under these Conditions.
