Exception File definition

Exception File means a record describing Exceptions that is provided by Bank to Customer as described in the applicable Implementation Document.
Exception File means an electronic report we transmit to you that describes Exception Checks. Issue File means an electronic file you transmit to us that describes checks drawn by you on a specific Authorized Account. Presented Check means a check drawn on an Authorized Account and presented to us for payment through the check collection system. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Examples of Exception File in a sentence

  • Any Merchant that wishes to accept a sales transaction that is under the established floor limits, and that is not authorized, is liable for the resulting chargebacks from those Card numbers listed on the Electronic Exception File.

Related to Exception File

  • Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.

  • Contract File means with respect to each Contract, the physical and/or electronic files in which Credit Acceptance maintains the fully executed original counterpart or “authoritative copy” (in each case, for UCC purposes) of the Contract (to the extent required in accordance with Section 3.03 of this Agreement), either a standard assurance in the form commonly used in the industry relating to the provision of a certificate of title or other evidence of lien, the original or electronic instruments modifying the terms and conditions of such Contract and the original or electronic endorsements or assignments of such Contract.

  • Subject Data As used in this section, “subject data” means recorded information, whether or not copyrighted, that is delivered or specified to be delivered as required by the Underlying Agreement.
