Exam Materials definition

Exam Materials means Exam information packets, the Exam booklet containing questions and/or instructions, answer sheets, worksheets, and related Materials that are distributed to applicants either before or during an Exam and that are collected after administration of an Exam for either Certified Court Interpreter Exams or Registered Court Interpreter Exams. Exam Materials are the proprietary property of the State.

Examples of Exam Materials in a sentence

  • You agree that this information is owned by CFA Institute exclusively and that you will have no right or entitlement to access Exam Materials after they are collected at the test center.

  • Exam Materials are the exclusive property of CFA Institute and are subject to the “No disclosure” testing rules as noted in clause 3c above.

  • If You have selected to pay by invoice We will provide You with a credit note for the Fee and, if applicable, invoice You for the Exam Materials (see section 15.6).

  • All such proprietary Exams and Exam Material shall remain the property of the State and all ownership and control of the above Exams and Exam Materials, including any copyright, patent rights, and all other intellectual property rights therein, shall vest exclusively with the State.

  • I hereby assign to CFP Board all rights I may have to any portion of the Exam Materials.

  • The only authorized preparation materials for a OneStream Exam Materials are those made available by OneStream or a provider authorized by OneStream.
