Exam Fee definition

Exam Fee means the fee set forth in this Agreement payable by the Agency to NASCLA each time there is an Exam Administration to a Candidate, which also includes the other services of NASCLA set forth in this Agreement.
Exam Fee means the fee in pounds sterling (GBP) inclusive of Sales Tax but exclusive, if applicable, of Withholding Tax and set out in Schedule 1 which the Licensed Centre shall charge Students.
