Licensee shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to achieve the highest possible Pricing Approval in each country in the Territory in accordance with the Allergan Global Pricing Strategy; provided that without the prior written consent of Allergan, Licensee may not file or submit documentation with any Governmental Authority concerning or otherwise agree or commit to Pricing Approval of the Product in any country in the Territory of less than [...***...] per vial (Ex Work Price per Unit) of Product.
