Ex Officio Voting means that the person will be a member of the committee in question and will have all the rights given to other voting members of the committee including but not limited to (a) voting; (b) being counted for quorum purposes; and (c) attending executive sessions. Such person shall be subject to the committee’s other administrative and procedural decisions.
