AIWAYS shall inspect the Contract Goods at such factory of U POWER or its Affiliate (or another place as notified by U POWER to AIWAYS in writing beforehand) on the Ex-Factory Date (or another date separately agreed to by the Parties) and shall complete such inspection within three (3) Business Days thereafter or a longer period of time as agreed by the Parties (the “Inspection Period”).
