ex-cadre post means post of Professor or a Reader created by the state Government under Section 11 outside the regular cadre of teachers in any University in Rajasthan by upgrading the post of a reader or of a Lecture in any faculty of any such University for the purpose of filling it up by personal promotion made in accordance with and under this Act:
