eWATCH BUSINESS definition
eWATCH BUSINESS means the Internet-based service operated by the Sellers as of the date of this Agreement, which provides monitoring, clipping and other Internet news, web publication, message board, chat room and other forum searching, reporting and linking-related services to a base of Subscribers.
