EVR program definition

EVR program means the electronic vehicle registration program that allows dealer agents to process motor vehicle registrations, permits for registrations, or registration transfers and title applications in conjunction with the sale of a new or used vehicle by said dealer pursuant to RSA 261:74-h through 261:74-s.

  • A licensed motor vehicle dealership or insurance agency or other permitted entity that has been approved by the RMV to participate in its EVR program and to register motor vehicles electronically ☐H.

  • These DMV registration items are received in one of two methods: Dealerships participating in DMV's Electronic Vehicle Registration (EVR), receive vehicle registration plates and stickers from the EVR program.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.
