EVR Limited definition
EVR Limited. This program allows insurance agents or carriers to process Pre-Stage transactions, registration renewal and reinstatement transactions only. The fees for these transactions are collected by the Service Provider. The participants are not Permit Holders and they do not have an inventory of any RMV items.
