EVR means a receipt evidencing one CRP paid by AcquisitionCo into the Liquidating Escrow Account held by the Escrow Agent and an interest of the Holders in amounts distributable from the Liquidating Escrow Account in respect of such one CRP in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Renter assumes the entire responsibility that the Equipment selected by it is fit for its intended use and purpose for the non-performance of the equipment.
