EVR definition

EVR means Rotorua District Council, of which EVR is a business unit. This means that Rotorua District Council is responsible for the obligations of EVR under this agreement.
EVR means a receipt evidencing one CRP paid by AcquisitionCo into the Liquidating Escrow Account held by the Escrow Agent and an interest of the Holders in amounts distributable from the Liquidating Escrow Account in respect of such one CRP in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Upon receipt of the certification and upon proper execution of all necessary program documentation, as determined by the RMV, the RMV may issue an EVR Program Permit.

EVR means the Eligibility Verification Review conducted by HRA to verify an individual’s eligibility for Public Assistance Benefits.
