Evolutions definition

Evolutions means, with respect to products, materials and services provided or performed by a business, modifications, enhancements, versions, derivatives, future implementations of and improvements to, such products, materials and services; provided, however, that no modifications, enhancements, versions, derivatives, future implementations of and improvements to, such products, materials and services shall be deemed an Evolution of a product, material or service if it does not perform substantially the same functions as such original product, material or service.
Evolutions shall have the meaning set forth in the Cross License Agreement.

Examples of Evolutions in a sentence

  • Where requested by DIR, Service Provider shall develop and present to DIR proposals for (i) implementing Technology Evolutions or (ii) changing the direction of DIR's then-current strategy.

  • At least semi-annually, Service Provider shall meet with DIR to brief DIR regarding such Technology Evolutions.

  • Such briefing shall include Service Provider's assessment of the operations impact, performance improvements and cost-savings associated with such Technology Evolutions.

  • Service Provider shall routinely and regularly monitor and analyze Technology Evolutions of possible interest or applicability to DIR and the DIR Customers, as well as potentially applicable future technology developments beyond current Technology Evolutions.

  • Such briefing shall include Supplier’s assessment of the business impact, performance improvements and cost savings associated with such Technology and Business Process Evolutions.

  • At least semi-annually, Supplier shall meet with Kraft to formally brief Kraft regarding such Technological Evolutions.

  • Where requested by Kraft, Supplier shall develop and present to Kraft proposals for (i) implementing Technological Evolutions or (ii) changing the direction of Kraft’s then current strategy.

  • Such briefing shall include Supplier’s assessment of the business impact, performance improvements and cost savings associated with such Technological Evolutions.

  • Supplier shall routinely and regularly monitor and analyze Technological Evolutions of possible interest or applicability to Kraft and the Eligible Recipients.

  • In addition and notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, for a period of three (3) years immediately following the Effective Date, the license in this Section 2.2(a) shall not apply to or for, or provide any rights with respect to, any Solutions (including use thereof) or Business Operations for, within or directed to the Prohibited NCR Business, including any Natural Evolutions of any such Solution or Business Operation.
