EVN means Electricity of Vietnam, an enterprise established pursuant to Decision No. 562/TTg of the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, dated October 10, 1994, operating under the EVN Charter, responsible for developing, operating and maintaining, directly or indirectly, facilities for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity throughout the Borrower’s territory, and any successor thereto.
