Certificates means any securities issued in connection with the Note A-1 Securitization or the Note A-2 Securitization.
Certificate means this entire Certificate of Approval document, issued in accordance with Section 53 of the Ontario Water Resources Act, and includes any schedules;
certificated means, in relation to a share, a share which is not in uncertificated form;
Documents of Title Has the meaning given that term in the UCC.
Document of title means a record that in the regular course of business or financing is treated as adequately evidencing that the person in possession or control of the record is entitled to receive, control, hold, and dispose of the record and the goods the record covers and that purports to be issued by or addressed to a bailee and to cover goods in the bailee's possession which are either identified or are fungible portions of an identified mass. The term includes a bill of lading, transport document, dock warrant, dock receipt, warehouse receipt, and order for delivery of goods. "Electronic document of title" means a document of title evidenced by a record consisting of information stored in an electronic medium. "Tangible document of title" means a document of title evidenced by a record consisting of information that is inscribed on a tangible medium.
Securing means the application of Government-approved telecommunications security equipment, devices, techniques, or services to contractor telecommunications systems.
uncertificated means, in relation to a share, a share title to which is recorded in the register as being held in uncertificated form and title to which, by virtue of the Uncertificated Securities Regulations, may be transferred by means of a relevant system;
Non-Book Entry Certificates As defined in Section 5.02(c)(iii) of this Agreement.
Certificate of title means, with respect to any Financed Vehicle, the certificate of title or other documentary evidence of ownership of such Financed Vehicle as issued by the department, agency or official of the jurisdiction (whether in paper or electronic form) in which such Financed Vehicle is titled responsible for accepting applications for, and maintaining records regarding, certificates of title and liens thereon.
Uncertificated Principal Balance The amount of REMIC Regular Interests and Class C Interest outstanding as of any date of determination. As of the Closing Date, the Uncertificated Principal Balance of each REMIC Regular Interest and Class C Interest shall equal the amount set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto as its initial uncertificated principal balance. On each Distribution Date, the Uncertificated Principal Balance of the REMIC Regular Interests shall be reduced by all distributions of principal made on such REMIC Regular Interests on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 6.07 and, if and to the extent necessary and appropriate, shall be further reduced on such Distribution Date by Realized Losses as provided in Section 6.05, and the Uncertificated Principal Balance of REMIC II Regular Interest ZZ shall be increased by interest deferrals as provided in Section 6.07(c)(1)(ii). The Uncertificated Principal Balance of each REMIC Regular Interest and Class C Interest shall never be less than zero. With respect to the Class C Interest as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (A) the then aggregate Uncertificated Principal Balance of the REMIC II Regular Interests over (B) the then aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates then outstanding.
Book-Entry Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Class N Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class N" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Non-Book-Entry Certificate Any Certificate other than a Book-Entry Certificate.
Share Certificates The term Share Certificates shall mean the stock certificates for the Shares of the Fund.
certificated share means a share which is not an uncertificated share and references in these articles to a share being held in certificated form shall be construed accordingly;
Book Entry means an uncertificated book entry for the Common Stock.
Class J Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class J" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Certificated Warrant means a Warrant evidenced by a writing or writings substantially in the form of Schedule “A”, attached hereto;
Class K Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class K" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Pledged Uncertificated Stock means any Stock or Stock Equivalent of any Person that is not Pledged Certificated Stock, including all right, title and interest of any Grantor as a limited or general partner in any partnership not constituting Pledged Certificated Stock or as a member of any limited liability company, all right, title and interest of any Grantor in, to and under any Organization Document of any partnership or limited liability company to which it is a party, and any distribution of property made on, in respect of or in exchange for the foregoing from time to time, including in each case those interests set forth on Schedule 5, to the extent such interests are not certificated. Pledged Uncertificated Stock excludes any Excluded Property and any Cash Equivalents that are not held in Controlled Securities Accounts to the extent permitted by Section 5.10.
Book-Entry Certificate Any Certificate registered in the name of the Depository or its nominee.
Certificate form means the form on which the certificate is delivered or issued for delivery by the issuer.
WREGIS Certificates has the same meaning as “Certificate” as defined by WREGIS in the WREGIS Operating Rules and are designated as eligible for complying with the California Renewables Portfolio Standard.
Class ___ Certificate means a document issued by a recognised organisation certifying the fitness of a ship for a particular use or service in accordance with the rules and procedures laid down and made public by that recognised organisation;
Stock Certificates has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a)(ii).
Credit certificate means a certificate issued by the allocating agency to a taxpayer that specifies the amount of affordable housing tax credits that can be applied against the taxpayer’s individual or corporate income tax, or franchise, captive insurance premium, or insurance premium tax liability as provided in this subchapter.
