If you are a member of the Eviction Fee Class, you may also be a member of the Collection Letter Class if you can meet the requirements of both Classes and may claim Collection Letter benefits, as explained above.
Members of the Eviction Fee Class who shared a single unit and who file claims shall receive a proportional amount of the benefit.
Eviction Fee Class Members who submit valid and timely Claim Forms will be eligible to receive up to $800, subject to pro rata reduction as explained below.
