Eviction Fee Class definition

Eviction Fee Class means all natural persons who, during the Class Period: (a) resided in any of Defendant’s Properties; (b) were charged Eviction Fees by Defendant or its affiliates; and (c) actually paid such Eviction Fees.
Eviction Fee Class means all natural persons who, during the Class Period: (a) resided
Eviction Fee Class. All natural persons who (a) at any point between August 5, 2016 and June 25, 2018, (b) resided in any of the properties in North Carolina owned and/or managed by Defendants and (c) were charged and (d) paid Eviction Fees.

Examples of Eviction Fee Class in a sentence

  • If you are a member of the Eviction Fee Class, you may also be a member of the Collection Letter Class if you can meet the requirements of both Classes and may claim Collection Letter benefits, as explained above.

  • Members of the Eviction Fee Class who shared a single unit and who file claims shall receive a proportional amount of the benefit.

  • Eviction Fee Class Members who submit valid and timely Claim Forms will be eligible to receive up to $800, subject to pro rata reduction as explained below.

  • Eviction Fee Class members are eligible to receive compensation without submission of a Claim Form.

  • In the event that more than one member of the Eviction Fee Class files a Claim Form for benefits under Section II.C.2 above for the same unit, the Settlement Administrator shall consult the spreadsheet provided by Defendant listing those tenants and roommates who were charged Eviction Fees during the Class Period.

  • This Motion will allow members of the Collection Letter Class and Eviction Fee Class who were filed on for eviction by the Defendant to remove the eviction action from their record.

  • The Defendant will pay $1,100,000 (“the Settlement Amount”), which will be allotted between the Collection Letter Class and Eviction Fee Class.

  • If you submit a valid and timely Claim Form, the amount you actually receive may be reduced depending on how many valid claims are ultimately submitted by other members of the Eviction Fee Class.

  • Your card will be charged 3‐7 days after we issue your monthly airtime invoice to allow you time to review your invoice and contact us with any queries relating to it.

  • Note, if you are a member of the Collection Letter Class, you may also be a member of the Eviction Fee Class.
