Evergreen Manager definition
Evergreen Manager means the Person which makes investments decisions for Evergreen, Yarok Az, Capital Markets or ECIM, or any Person which controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, such Person. The "Gilde Manager" means the Person which makes investment decisions for Gilde, or any Person which controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, such Person.
