  • Chicago and Houston will each be permitted to participate in any material discussions with the investment banks, managers or other third parties relating to the terms and conditions of the Everett Debt and to review and comment on drafts of proposed indentures, specimen security certificates, purchase agreements and other similar agreements governing the Everett Debt.
