Event Table definition

Event Table means a set of events that are scheduled to occur at a given time of day, days of week, months, and/or days of month per NTCIP 1207 v02.06. Each event consists of parameter IDs and values.

  • Tax Event Repayment Date means the date set out in a notice from the Issuer to the Bondholders pursuant to Clause 10.4 (Early redemption option due to a tax event).

  • Triggering Event II means the date on which the Common Share Price is greater than $15.50 after the Closing Date, but within the Earn Out Period.

  • Event Period shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.2 hereof.

  • Particle accelerator means any machine capable of accelerating electrons, protons, deuterons, or other charged particles in a vacuum and of discharging the resultant particulate or other radiation into a medium at energies usually in excess of one MeV. For purposes of this definition, "accelerator" is an equivalent term.

  • Expected Amortization Schedule means, with respect to any Tranche, the expected amortization schedule related thereto set forth in the Series Supplement.
