Event Summary definition

Event Summary means the event summary appended to these Terms and Conditions;
Event Summary means the information submitted prior to the Permitted Period by the Licensee to the Council in respect of the Site through the online system ‘Event App’ (or such other system as the Council notifies the Licensee of in writing from time to time), including any special conditions included by the Council in relation to that application.

Examples of Event Summary in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the food and service prices set forth in the Event Summary shall be guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of this Contract but after the expiration of such period, the prices are subject to change.

  • Access to the LCW must begin at the time stated in the Event Summary.

  • Your credit card will be charged 100% of the food and beverage minimum outlined in your Event Summary plus corresponding sales tax.

  • I have been given the chance to ask questions concerning this Event Summary and all such questions have been answered to my satisfaction.

  • I understand that participation in the Event entails inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risks described in the Event Summary included with this Release Agreement.

  • Client Insurance requirements, if any, are set forth in either the Event Summary or one or more addenda incorporated into this Agreement.

  • Event Summary - Describe the event, its target audience, and projected attendance figures noting how attendance is tracked and/or projected.

  • The specific Services and portions of the Facilities that University will provide to Client; the agreed-upon dates and times of Client’s use of such Services and Facilities (the “Term”); the nature and extent of Client’s permitted use of the Facilities (the “Permitted Use”); the number and make-up (gender, age, etc.) of Client’s participants; and other information and terms specific to Client’s event, function, or use, are all set forth in the completed Event Summary attached hereto as Attachment “A”.

  • Sponsee may solicit gifts, contributions, and grants to Sponsor for the purposes of the Project, provided that Sponsee will inform Sponsor of all fundraising campaigns and events at least sixty (60) days in advance and submit an Event Summary and Budget form (attached as Exhibit B), so that Sponsor may comply with any applicable rules or regulations.

Related to Event Summary

  • Investment Summary means the agreed upon cost proposal for the products and services attached as Exhibit A.

  • ORSA summary report means a confidential high-level summary of an insurer or insurance group's own risk and solvency assessment.

  • De-escalation means the use of a behavior management technique that helps a student increase the student’s control over the student’s emotions and behavior and results in a reduction of a present or potential level of danger that in turn reduces the level of imminent danger of serious physical harm to the student or others.

  • Escalation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.

  • Summary Notice means the Summary Notice of (I) Pendency of Class Action, Certification of Settlement Class, and Proposed Settlement; (II) Settlement Fairness Hearing; and (III) Motion for an Award of Attorneys’ Fees and Reimbursement of Litigation Expenses, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A, to be published as set forth in the Preliminary Approval Order.
