Sponsee may solicit gifts, contributions, and grants to Sponsor for the purposes of the Project, provided that Sponsee will inform Sponsor of all fundraising campaigns and events at least sixty (60) days in advance and submit an Event Summary and Budget form (attached as Exhibit B), so that Sponsor may comply with any applicable rules or regulations.
