Event Security definition

Event Security. Depending on the nature of the event and/or if alcohol will be served at the event, the City requires that private security be contracted through the City at the expense of the applicant to ensure that a safe and secure event experience is maintained. Security personnel must remain on site until the Community Center is closed and secured.

Examples of Event Security in a sentence

  • The Bargaining Committee shall consist of one representative of Journeyperson, one representative of Technician and Housekeeping, one representative of Building Security and Event Security and one representative of Hosting and First Aid.

  • Event Security Security, in addition to OC Parks rangers, may be needed at concert events.

  • For Event Security employees, the Employer will reimburse the employee the cost of the security licence renewal after the employee works 200 hours as of and including September 30th, 2011, and every year thereafter, upon presentation of receipts.

  • Services included Static Guard, Event Security, CCTV / Alarm Monitoring, Security Guidance services and installation of Electronic Security Systems.

  • In the event that all non-Delinquent Loans and non-Defaulted Loans have not been so sold by such sixtieth (60th) day, the Collateral Agent shall hold an auction (a “Termination Event Auction”) of the remaining non-Delinquent Loans and non-Defaulted Loans for settlement not later than the seventy-fifth (75th) day following the date on which such Termination Event, Security Agreement Event of Default, or Indenture Event of Default occurred.

  • Other additional charges may include, but are not limited to, Event Security, additional custodial, or excessive setup/clean-up.

  • If required pursuant to the criteria set forth in Appendix A, UCPD will conduct a security assessment based on information provided on the Event Security Assessment Form and such other information as UCPD may obtain.

  • The bargaining committee shall consist of one (1) representative of Building Maintenance, one (1) representative of Event Maintenance and Housekeeping, one (1) representative of Building Security and Event Security and one (1) representative of Hosting and First Aid.

  • Upon receipt of a Facility Use Permit for an event that may qualify as a Major Event, the academic or administrative department responsible for the venue will advise the non- departmental user to submit an Event Security Assessment Form to the UCPD.

  • Events hosted by non-student, non-departmental users that meet the definition of a Major Event must (1) contact the Major Event’s desired location no later than six weeks prior to the date of the event and (2) submit an Event Security Assessment Form to the UCPD no later than six weeks prior to the date of the event.
